Marina Services
Docks of White Bear Lake, located on White Bear Lake, Minnesota, prides itself on providing customers with the answers to their boating needs! We offer seasonal boat slip rental, a private boat launch, and boat and trailer storage. Also Docks of White Bear Lake has partnered with Goose Lake Marine to offer full repair and maintenance, winterization, and transfer services.

Slips
Docks of White Bear Lake has 200 slips. Slips range in depth of water to accommodate all types of boats.
Our slips can accommodate boats up to 28' in length.
Full Season Pass (includes parking and launch passes for the year) $2,550
* $50 of this fee goes to the White Bear Lake Conservation District
Returning Slip Holders
You have the option to pay in full and receive a $150 discount off of the Full Season Pass - OR - Pay for the Full Season Pass over three months (three equal payments of $850 per month).
Private Boat Launch
Docks of White Bear Lake offers a private boat launch. The cost for launching is as follows:
- Daily Pass $20/per day
- Yearly Pass $100/yearly
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Docks of White Bear Lake staff is available at the boat launch Wednesday - Sunday from 8 a.m. - p.m. (The boat launch is closed on Monday and Tuesday.) Bar/Restaurant
Admiral D's is Open! Admiral D's Waterfront Tavern offers food, beverages and a place to visit with your fellow boaters. Admiral D's has a full bar and menu. You can choose to dine in, on the patio, or order your food to go!
Boat Storage
Outdoor boat storage rates are $10 per foot, seasonal. $15 per foot, yearly.
Indoor (Actual boat length only.)boat storage rates are as follows:
- up to 16 ft -$285
- 16-19-$325
- 19-23 - $375
- 23-27 -$425
- 27-31 -$475
- 31-35 - $525
10% Discount on boat storage for slip-holders!!!
Boat Repair and Maintenance Services
- Provided by Goose Lake Marine
Boat Repair and Maintenance services are available at $85 per hour. Dockside services are available for $120 per trip, pre-pay only. Please call Bill Heitmann at 651-762-2560 for more information.
Boat Maintenance/Cleaning
Winterizing
Includes full service oil change plus shop supplies.
2 and 4-stroke outboard motors, 1-1.5 hours at $85 per hour. Inboard/Outboard motors 2 hours at $85 per hour.
Boat Transfer
Transfer boats to or from storage facility.
- $55 each way if a trailer is supplied for transport
- $85 each way if Goose Lake Marine supplies the trailer.

$10 per foot for up to 8 ft boat width (over 8 ft width is extra).
Pressure Wash and Vaccum
